PERMIT
The first step to build a new swimming pool is to engage an architect to apply for a development permit with MEPA on your behalf. Unless there are specific complications, this part of the process should not take more than a few weeks. Costs for this range between 500 and 1000 Euros but depends largely on the architect you engage and the amount of work involved in your particular case.
